Keith Andrews Mercedes Building – Metal & Structural Steel Works

SSP Engineering completed the metal and structural steel works for the Keith Andrews Building, delivering a comprehensive package of fabrication, finishing, and on-site installation.

The project included the fabrication and installation of stair frames (S3 and S4), complete with stair treads, base plates, and all associated welded and bolted connections. SSP Engineering also supplied and installed stainless steel handrails with wall-mounted fixings, along with aluminium panels and fixings to the stair areas.

In addition to the stair steel works, SSP Engineering carried out the fabrication and installation of broader structural steel elements, including galvanising of external steelwork and painting of internal steelwork in accordance with project specifications. All works were coordinated with crane and Hi-Ab operations, transport to site, and full installation services.

The project was delivered with a focus on quality workmanship, safety, and coordination with other trades, contributing to the successful completion of the Keith Andrews Building.
